Bui Vietnamese Cuisine will be shifting to our Winter time schedule.

Our dining room will only be open for seating from

Tuesday through Saturday 12pm-2pm;

Wednesday through Saturday 4pm - 8pm

We would like to thank all of our amazing customers for their continued support and patronage. This change will allow our small establishment to meet the growing demands and expectations of the shoreline while ensuring the best possible product is presented.

We have some really great ideas cooking, hope everyone is hungry.

Bui Chili Paste

Small batch prepared, hand packed and made with the finest ingredients. This versatile condiment adds a mild spice to any dish. A family recipe and served at our restaurant, Bui Vietnamese Cuisine


Best accompanied with any of our wonderful dishes but also: Pizza, Pasta, Eggs & Omelets, Burgers & Sandwiches, Fries, Wings, Hot Dogs, Lasagnas, really anything you want to make spicy. An aromatic spice with more of a backend heat. It won’t over power your dish, just enhance.

 Weekend Special 

Name translates to; Noodles of Hue. Spicy Beef broth with thick rice noodles, slices of a pressed pork pate, thick cuts of stewed beef. Topped with scallions, cilantro, fried onions, black pepper. Accompanied with a garnish plate of jalapeño, lime, bean sprouts, basil, lettuce.
